Directors of Sales
The "Captains" of the ship. These are very special individuals, who
know how to engage, lead, inspire and support their Team Members. Characteristics
include a passion for learning, superb coaching skills, the understanding
that "all business is show business" and a deep appreciation of why
everyone who works at Club Intrawest is driven to raise the
performance bar for all Team Members.
A Director of Sales will already be at the top of their game. You will
have a great track record of success, and you will tell us you're
ready to run your own show. Yes, there is pressure to succeed, to create
a culture of engagement and winning. Do not apply unless you truly believe
you are a) ready to lead and b) ready to grow!
Presentation Managers
The pillars of Club Intrawest include trust, help, urgency
and commitment. The Presentation Manager who can deliver on
these elements every day is exactly who we are looking for.
Our Presentation Managers expose potential members to
the world of Club Intrawest through a one-on-one tour in our
Sales Centres. We expect a lot from our Sales Manager because
we deliver what we promise. We do not compromise our longer
term objectives of world-class customer service and extraordinary
vacation experiences. So not only does the Presentation Manager
have to lead the sales effort, he/she must do so within an
extremely tight principled set of core company values. This
is a role made for experienced and energetic people. Timeshare
Closers who have made their mark "pitching
heat" need not apply.

Sales Manager
What makes a stellar Sales Manager? Energy.
Enthusiasm. Excellent presentation skills. You are a leader, you know
how to "drive the bus" and you are
able to adapt and connect with a wide variety of personalities.
You are a champion for the Club Intrawest core goal of creating World
Class experiences for our guests. And you are very capable of contributing
to a working environment that allows highly motivated Team
Members to flourish.

Membership Sales Representatives
If you love making

is for you! A Club Intrawest Membership Sales Representative combines
terrific presentation skills, acute sense of communication, the fearless
ability to ask for commitment and a conviction that life is short - we
must enjoy the ride!
After extensive training on the world of Club Intrawest Membership,
and a full interactive exposure to our one-of-a-kind culture, you are
ready to sell! And when you see the impact selling this Membership has
on people, you will never look back!
Our Club Ambassador/Tour Generation team
This group plays an integral role in Club Intrawest's success. They
act as Ambassadors of our Club and resort areas and actively promote
our vacation ownership product. This team meets potential Guests through
a variety of venues including working 'the field' in our resort areas,
as Concierges at various properties, and through our Activity Central
storefronts also located at the resorts. Their focus is to promote
our vacation ownership product by inviting Guests to join us on Sales
Presentations and enjoy some of the many perks we have to offer.
Do you want to live and work in a resort area? Do you have the gift

looks for individuals that are self-motivated, love to meet people

Club Ambassador - Field
Do you love the resort lifestyle and enjoy working outdoors? Working
onsite at one of our resort locations, your role is to act an Ambassador
of Club Intrawest, let people know about our product and the benefits
of becoming a member and invite Guests on Sales Presentation Tours.
Club Ambassador - Activity Central
Working at one of our store front locations, you're responsible for
booking activities for resort Guests and also inviting them to join
us for a Club Intrawest Sales Presentation to reap the rewards of becoming
a member!
