Resource Centre
Club Intrawest's head office (aka The Resource Centre) is located in
downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. With breathtaking views of the
ocean and local mountains and details like the water feature in our
Reception area, the work environment captures the essence of the resort
lifestyle.
The teams who work here are responsible for supporting the Club
locations, Resort Marketing and the Sales Presentation Centers at
our various business locations.
Some of the positions at our Resource Centre represent your more
typical head office functions:
Financial Services
Human resources (we call it Employee Experience)
Marketing services
Information Systems.
Others are more specific to the vacation ownership industry:
Member Services - near and dear to our Members hearts,
this small but powerful inbound call centre group looks after our
Club Intrawest Members' vacation needs.
Resort Pass Service Center - this team services our
non-equity Members by booking hotel stays, resort activities and
marketing our exciting Resort Pass program to these prospective Members.
Contracts & Loans - this team maintains our loan/finance
portfolio and looks after the legal aspects of our business.
