Club Intrawest Hiring Process

Interested in joining the Club Intrawest team? Here's the best way to apply for a position and what you can expect as an applicant:

  1. Apply now! Submit your application online by clicking on Canadian and International openings or Current US openings and applying directly to the position(s) you are interested in.
  2. Thank you for your interest - We thank all applicants for their interest in Club Intrawest but due to the volume of applications we receive , only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
  3. We'll call you - If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted for a preliminary phone interview or to come in and meet with us in person.
  4. The interviews - we recognize that finding the right fit is essential in every hiring decision. When applying to Club Intrawest you can expect to meet with at least 2-3 people during a typical interview process. For more senior level roles, candidates will usually have the opportunity to meet with at least 3-5 key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Reference checks - we recognize the right fit is crucial to ensure success for everyone involved.
  6. Hiring decision - an offer is made. Wherever possible, we like to have new hires come in and meet with us to review their offer information, benefits package and training materials (where applicable) and to officially welcome them to the Club Intrawest team!
