Call Centre
Our Call Centre staff are known for the fun and energy they bring to
the workplace. This 100+ person team, located in Vancouver,
is responsible for marketing Club Intrawest's vacation ownership
product. By inviting guests to join us on Discovery Stays -
3 day, 2 night vacations - people
across North America have the chance to check out our amazing
resort locations, participate in a Sales Presentation and become
Club Intrawest members.
Working in our Call Centre is an excellent way to learn about
Club Intrawest, our product and the range of opportunities available
within our various call centre teams as well as across the
organization. We are a company that believes in promoting from
within and recognizes the range of talent and backgrounds that
our Call Centre attracts. In fact, many of Club Intrawest's
current leaders started on our Call Centre team!

Outbound Telephone Sales Representative
This is an excellent opportunity to join Club Intrawest, learn the
business and grow with us! Promote our amazing product by inviting Guests
to stay at our resorts and participate in a Sales Presentation for the
opportunity to become a Club Intrawest member.
Inbound & Quality Assurance Representatives
Many
of these folks started on our Outbound calling team. The Inbound & QA
team have a variety of important functions: they confirm our
Discovery Stay reservations and bookings, take calls and answer questions
for Discovery Stay Guests and deliver the outstanding service we're
known for.
Call Centre Coaches
Many of our Coaches are promoted from other areas of the Call
Centre for demonstrating outstanding sales performance, enthusiasm,
leadership and team building skills. These folks coach and mentor our
teams for success!
