Looking up from the beach, you can't help but notice the gigantic palapa roof – a focal point of Club Intrawest — Zihuatanejo. Underneath you'll find acopio – the Club's restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The word 'acopio' is Spanish for 'gathering'. Dinner is a time to come together and celebrate the local culture. Think of acopio as a place where the freshest local ingredients are combined to create meals that are approachable and affordable. Our family (Hubby, myself and our two sons 19 and 16) went to Club Intrawest — Zihuatanejo in February – our first visit to the resort.
