Our Teams work closely together to ensure our Members receive the best vacation experience possible.
These Teams work at our beautiful resort locations across North America. The Sales and Marketing Teams are in charge of introducing Club Intrawest to potential new Members and educating people on how the Membership works. The Club Experience and Operations Teams help ensure Members have an excellent vacation experience at our resorts, from ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our Vacation Homes to providing local tips on the best sights in the area.
Responsible for managing and supporting the sales functions at the Sales Presentation Centers at our designated Club locations.
Responsible for welcoming all Guests to the Presentation Center and checking them in for their Membership Presentation.
Responsible for delivering Membership Presentations and selling Memberships to prospective Members.
Responsible for providing a safe and fun day care service for the children of Guests that are attending a Membership Presentation.
Responsible for enrolling new Members and providing information and orientation on Club programs.
Coordinators are responsible for building the 'tour pipeline' with Members interested in purchasing additional Resort Points.
Team in the resorts that manages the Resort Marketing programs and ensures that the Club Ambassadors are supported.
Positioned at the Resorts in concierge centers and Activity Centers, they are responsible for contacting Resort Guests to encourage visits to the Presentation Center for a Membership Presentation.
Team at the Club locations that manage and support the Club facilities and Vacation Homes to ensure that Members have a memorable vacation experience.
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in Vacation Homes and public areas of the Club/Resort.
Operates and maintains equipment, as well as responds to maintenance requests and general upkeep of the Club/Resort.
Responsible for greeting Guests, conducting check ins/outs, suggesting activities, responding to requests and inquiries, and providing professional telephone service.
Responsible for Member Reception functions at night and completing Club Audit functions for Financial Services.
The Resource Center, located in Vancouver, is the central office of the Intrawest Resort Club Group (IRCG). These Teams are responsible for supporting the Club locations, and Resort Marketing and Presentation Centers at our various business locations.
Team that manages and supports all sales programs for all locations, including planning, recruiting and training.
Team responsible for assisting Members in purchasing additional Resort Points.
Team responsible for managing resources and tools for all marketing programs, including administration, promotions development and strategic planning.
Team responsible for providing reporting, analysis and Discovery Stay room management.
Team that ensures that friends and family of Club Intrawest Members are invited to a Club location for a Discovery Stay and Membership Presentation.
One-stop shopping for Club Intrawest Members, including vacation planning, counseling on Resort Points use, making reservations and administering Resort Dues payments.
Ensures all material distributed to Members is standardized and ensures a consistent message, including all newsletters, mail outs, websites, and in-room communications.
A private travel program offered exclusively to Club Intrawest Members, this team renews ExtraOrdinary Escapes Memberships for existing Club Intrawest Members, and develops marketing materials for ExtraOrdinary Escapes and administers the program.
A homeowner exchange program operated on behalf of select whole and quarter ownership Resort Home Owners. This team services Members of the program, develops marketing materials and promotes Membership sales.
Team responsible for developing and maintaining the company-wide Network Infrastructure, Application Development, Web Production, and E-communications.
This team ensures that all financial functions are developed and implemented, including Benefits and Payroll Servicing, Accounts Payable and Contracts and Loans Servicing.
Through implementing Human Resources tools, systems and programs, this team facilitates a positive, progressive employee experience and ensures our Leadership Best Practices and Mission are understood and embraced by all Team Members.
