The ACE Recognition Program is the Club's Team Member recognition program designed to show our commitment to you. It is our way of recognizing your ACE efforts.
Service excellence is the key to success for Intrawest Resort Club Group. All our Team Members work hard to create truly extraordinary vacation experiences and offer unparalleled amenities, products and services to our Members and Guests. Our Team Members go out of their way to share creative ideas and suggestions that strengthen their departments. Many get involved in special projects and make Guests and Team Members feel special with their friendliness and professionalism.
To recognize Team Members who deliver ACE service to Members, Guest, suppliers, vendors, and Team Members, and thereby, make a significant contribution towards the business objectives of Club Intrawest.
When you see a fellow Team Member going above and beyond to create a great experience for Guests or Team Members, fill out an ACE recognition form. Your location's ACE Committee will review all submissions monthly and select the best ACE examples to receive ACE Gift Certificates that can be redeemed for great prizes in the ACE Collection.
Every single member of the IRCG team can be recognized through the ACE Program regardless of status.
All IRCG Team Members can identify other Team Members from any location for recognition. In addition, recognition can be given on behalf of Members and Guests, outside contacts, and vendors or suppliers.
Our annual 'Awards Gala Celebration' is where our top sales and marketing performers as well as our MVPs across the company are honored for their achievements. Our sales and marketing teams work all year to achieve annual "Presidents Club" status, earning them an invitation (with spouse) to the Gala where they are pampered in VIP style at a surprise location. Recent Gala locations have included Napa Valley, Maui, and the Mayan Riviera.
MVP Finalists are nominated at each location for their outstanding effort in their role in the past fiscal year. These MVPs are also invited to attend the Gala where the overall IRCG MVP is announced. Past MVP rewards have included original artwork, Tiffany jewelry, Riedel wine decanters, and travel.

This award recognizes the Operations team for their achievement in providing Quality, Excellence, Service and Teamwork to our Members and Guests. The quarterly prize for the winning Club location is a catered lunch for their entire team. The Club location that wins the overall annual Quest Award is awarded a customized event for their team, champion shirts and a trophy (plus bragging rights).
